The award-winning restaurant is located on the tip of the headland and presents 270-degree views of the Gulf of Thailand. The focus is on creating imaginative, yet sensible cuisine stemming from organic and sustainable ingredients, sourced locally and from abroad. We use classic and modern culinary techniques to preserve and enhance the purity of the original flavors and nutritional goodness. The architecture is unique and consists of ten terraced decks of weathered teak and bamboo combining open air and covered seating areas. Portuguese native, Sandro Teixeira, is a passionate and straightforward professional that is devoted to the culinary craft, constantly learning and perfecting combinations for the palate. One of which is his passion for Eat with Six Senses, as it is close to his heart and cultural upbringing.
