Zighy Bar offers classic, modern, local and organic mocktails and cocktails throughout the day and evening along with tapas and light snacks, overlooking our wadi. Happy Hour is referred to as the No Rush Hour and is leisurely extended from 9:30 pm to midnight.
Book ahead for this fine-dining showcase with its origins in French cuisine but with a unique touch from the East, Japan. Enjoy five, seven or nine courses and go on a journey, green expedition or crafted adventure with wine pairings that takes best of land and sea.
This is our signature Bedouin dining encounter which starts with the aroma of a slow cooked lamb and feet in the sand followed by cold and hot mezze, Omani Shua lamb and selection of sliced fruit, barazek and date maamoul cookies. A family favorite, meant to be shared, so book ahead.
