Marc Grossman

Acupuncturist

Marc offers a range of holistic, energy-based therapies and movement practices focused on relaxation, balance, and whole-body awareness. His work spans therapeutic bodywork, restorative facials, and mindful group sessions, blending Eastern healing traditions with contemporary wellness approaches. Alongside his practice, Marc lectures internationally and teaches acupuncture, sharing his experience in integrative and holistic health.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu is a fully clothed, oil-free bodywork on a mat that uses palm, thumb, elbow, knee, and foot pressure to release tension along meridians, restoring energy flow and balance.

Reflexology

Reflexology uses pressure points on the feet to address the whole body, promoting relaxation and balance. Lotion is applied to the feet, with the rest of the body clothed. 

Chi Nei Tsang

An abdominal massage to support digestion, and restore balance. Wear a top with comfortable shorts or pants.

Gua Sha Facial

This facial sculpts facial muscles with a flat tool and stimulates acupressure points for a natural lift, reducing puffiness and brightening the complexion.

Lymphatic Stimulation Facial

Using soft brushes, this facial stimulates lymphatic movement to detox and restore your natural glow, while craniosacral holds promote deep relaxation.

Craniosacral Therapy

Restore balance and release tension with gentle craniosacral therapy, supporting the body’s natural rhythms and flow. Wear comfortable, loose clothing.

Group Chi Gong

Featuring 16 longevity exercises focused on well-being, incorporating gentle joint warm ups, breath-led awareness to connect with Chi, life force energy, and mindful movement centered on the Hara (the body’s center).

Yoga Dance

An infusion of gentle yoga stretches that leads into guided and exploratory movements off the mat. Geared to allow mindful movement and free expression.

Shiatsu for All

This family-friendly Shiatsu session takes place fully clothed on a mat. Participants practice basic movements, including meridian stretches, Do-in, and a simple back sequence. Suitable for those without knee injuries.
