The term "Chi Nei Tsang" translates to "internal organs chi transformation" in Chinese. It is based on the belief that our emotions, stress, and physical tension can manifest as blockages or imbalances in the internal organs. By applying gentle, noninvasive massage techniques to the abdomen, practitioners aim to release these blockages, improve circulation, and promote the flow of chi (vital energy) throughout the body.
