Begin the day with a revitalizing session inspired by energy centers, nature, and elemental soundscapes. Each session explores one chakra using harmonic frequencies alongside field recordings and delicate instrumentation to evoke natural environments and shifting atmospheres. Isochronic tones provide a steady rhythmic backdrop designed to support a sense of calm.
Float into stillness with a session blending guided meditation, isochronic tones, and aquatic bodywork. Immersive soundscapes featuring bowls, gongs, and tuning forks encourage deep listening and focus. Sessions move between attentive listening and vocal exploration, inviting you to engage with the underwater acoustics and enter a calm, meditative state.
Close the day with an immersive sonic experience shaped by natural and electronic sounds, flowing melodies, and abstract rhythms.
