Gua Sha Facial

This facial will help to create a rejuvenated look by sculpting the muscles of the face using a flat surfaced tool and stimulating acupressure points, giving a natural face lift effect. It can be helpful in treating puffiness and visibly brightens the complexion.

Lymphatic Stimulation Facial

Using soft brushes, this unique facial combines a technique to stimulate the movement of lymph in the face to detox and restore the face to its natural glow. This is a deeply relaxing facial combined with some craniosacral holds to help regulate the nervous system.

Craniosacral Therapy

Restore your balance and release tension with this treatment that follows the rhythmic flow of spinal fluid. Using gentle touch to detect subtle rhythms and imbalances in the craniosacral system, the body is assisted in self-correction by gently encouraging proper movement and the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Chi Nei Tsang

An abdominal massage that helps release stress, detox internal organs, and restore inner balance. Perfect for digestion, emotional healing, and full-body wellness. Please wear a top with comfortable shorts or pants.

Shiatsu

This is a form of bodywork done on a mat where the recipient is fully clothed and no oil is used. Initial contact is made through 90 degree pressure of palms, and can extend to thumbs, elbows, knees and feet. Shiatsu follows the ancient Chinese medicine system of invisible pathways along the body called meridians where the Qi, aka lifeforce energy flows. By palpating and stretching the limbs, Shiatsu helps free up stagnant energy and tension along the meridians resulting in a sense of balance, well-being and renewal.

Reflexology

This follows the theory that the entire body corresponds to places in the feet. By applying pressure to different areas of the feet you are essentially addressing the whole body. In addition, it is deeply relaxing and soothing to have attention given to the feet. Lotion is applied to the feet, the rest of the body is clothed. In the 60 min session, a short hands and scalp massage is included.
