Float and meditate in warm water weightlessly while you are supported, massaged and stretched. An ultimate relaxation for your body to be free of the opponent (gravity) and free of the boss (your mind).
A rejuvenating heat therapy derived from the wisdom of a shaman from Blue Zone Okinawa. Harnessing geothermal steam and hot towels, the heat activates your body’s meridians and deeply penetrates the core, revitalizing your entire system. The practice is based on the ancient belief that “all illness begins with cold.”
Begin by floating in warm water as gentle massage and stretching free your body from gravity and your mind from constant chatter. Continue with Okinawa-inspired geothermal heat therapy, where steam and hot towels warm your meridians, penetrate deep into the core, release cold, and awaken your body’s natural vitality for lasting rejuvenation.
