Inspired by the architectural grandeur of Andalusia, specifically drawing from the mystique of the 14th-century El Partal Moorish palace, the restaurant pays tribute to the fortified citadels of southern Spain, which became beacons of cultural convergence, where art, intellect, and flavors mingled harmoniously.
