Farm-to-Table Seasonal Flavors

Sourced from our nearby Can Tanca farm and the Balearic coast, dishes of freshly harvested gooness and ethically caught seafood balance tradition and modernity.

We source seasonal ingredients from Can Tanca, our neighborhood farm, topped up with ethically sourced produce from the Balearic coast. Each dish is a reflection of southern Spain’s rich history, weaving together Mediterranean flavors with Moorish and Moroccan influences for a soulful fine dining experience in Ibiza that takes you on a delicious culinary journey.

Inspired by the architectural grandeur of Andalusia, specifically drawing from the mystique of the 14th-century El Partal Moorish palace, the restaurant pays tribute to the fortified citadels of southern Spain, which became beacons of cultural convergence, where art, intellect, and flavors mingled harmoniously.
