    Local voltage of 220 to 240 AC. Adapters are available in all rooms, and transformers are available through Housekeeping.

    Due to the architecture and the set-up of the resort, stays for very young children and physically-challenged people are not recommended in Hill Top Pool Villas, Two Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villas, Water Pool Villas, Rock Pool Villas and The Rock Retreat.

    • Cancellation Policy

      • All cancellations or amendments can only be accepted once they have been confirmed by the resort in writing. You will receive a cancellation number from us to confirm that your reservation has indeed been cancelled.

        7-day cancellation notice is required for stays on the following dates:

        Now until December 22
        September 3 to December 22

        Cancellations made 0 to 6 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.
        
        15-day cancellation notice is required for stays on the following dates:

        January 8 to February 8
        February 19 to March 22
        April 8 to September 2

        Cancellations made 0 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.

        
        21-day cancellation notice is required for stays on the following dates:

        February 9 to 18
        March 23 to April 7
        
        Cancellations made 0 to 20 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.
        
        60-day cancellation notice is required for stays on the following dates:

        December 23, 2024 to February 7.

        Cancellations made 0 to 59 days prior to arrival will be charged at 100 percent of the stay.

        For Normal Season: January 8 to December 22

        Guests are required to guarantee their reservations by Visa Card, Master Card, American Express or JCB, with the authorized numbers (CVV) of the credit card to complete the guarantee procedures.
        
        For Peak Season: December 23 to January 7

        Full payment is required at time of booking. No refund can be made within 60 days prior to arrival.

• Family Plan

  • Children under 12 years old can share the same bedroom with two paying adults in Beachfront Pool Villa. The Family Beach Pool Villa offers separate sleeping and living areas where parents and children sleep in separate bedrooms.

    Due to the architecture and the set-up of the resort, stays for very young children are not recommended in Hill Top Pool Villas, Two Bedroom Hill Top Pool Villas, Water Pool Villas, Rock Pool Villas and The Rock Retreat.

    Food and Beverage

    • Children from 0 to 5 years of age: Eat and sleep for free, using existing beds and children's menu.
    • Children from 6 to 11 years of age: Bed and breakfast for free, using existing beds. For other meals, full price on items from children's menu and 50 percent discount from regular menu.

• Arrivals And Departures

  • Early arrival
    Our check-in time is 2:00 pm resort time. Early arrival is subject to availability.

    Late departure
    Our check-out time is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is subject to availability.
