Six Senses Crans-Montana and Six Senses Yao Noi voted among the 100 Best Hotels in the World.
The annual Travel + Leisure World’s Best Awards reflects what readers love most about the hotels and experiences that draw them in. Each year, winners celebrate the places and discoveries resonating with travelers today with the 2026 winners voted for by more than 207,000 readers. Among them, Six Senses Crans-Montana in Switzerland and Six Senses Yao Noi in Thailand were both nominated within the top 25 best hotels in the world – a list that has become one of the travel industry’s most respected reader-voted recognitions.
Neil Palmer, Chief Operating Officer of Six Senses, said: “These awards reflect the passion and emotional hospitality of our teams, along with the exceptional experiences they create every day, whether high in the Alps or on a hideaway island. But recognition like this belongs to our guests as much as our hosts. Trust has to be earned, stay after stay, and we don't take it for granted.”
Described by Travel + Leisure as a ‘secluded jungle escape with views of Phang Nga Bay’ where ‘sustainability and romance find harmony,’ Six Senses Yao was named No. 1 best resort in Thailand as well as ranking within the top 25 best hotels in the world.
“Being named the No. 1 Resort in Thailand by the readers of Travel + Leisure is a tremendous honor for every member of our team.” said Graham Grant, Regional General Manager Southeast Asia and General Manager of Six Senses Yao Noi. “This recognition reflects the genuine care our hosts bring to every guest experience and our commitment to creating meaningful stays that celebrate wellness, sustainability and the extraordinary natural beauty of Yao Noi. We are grateful to our guests for their confidence and look forward to welcoming travelers seeking an unforgettable island escape.”
Six Senses Crans-Montana was placed among the top 20 in the World’s Best as well as No. 2 resort in Europe. High in the mountains of a ski resort known for getting 300 days of sunshine a year, Travel + Leisure praised how the ‘Six Senses property makes the most of every one of those bluebird days,’ while ‘the massive alpine spa ensures the après-ski recovery gets equal billing.’
“Some places leave a mark not because of what they promise, but because of how they make you feel,” said Jean-Yves Blatt, General Manager of Six Senses Crans-Montana. “This recognition belongs just as much to our hosts. Every day, they bring kindness, curiosity and care to the experiences they create … We will continue creating places that feel authentic, celebrating the spirit of our destination, and finding new ways to make every stay a little more meaningful than the last.”
