Ranging from three to six bedrooms, each home includes space for wellness and gathering. Private gyms, wellness studios, and saunas support daily rituals, while generous decks, central courtyards, sunken fire-pits, swimming pools, and oasis-inspired gardens make room for family life outdoors.
The architecture takes its cue from Saudi Arabia’s traditional coastal villages, with flat roofs, dry-pack stone walls, and lath canopies that cast shade through the day. Inside, desert tones, woven textures, hewn sandstone, natural teak floors, and bronze-tinted mirrors bring that thinking into the present. The result is a collection of homes that belong to their surroundings, without losing our Six Senses touches and sense of ease.
Well-being becomes part of everyday life, with a private gym and wellness studio, along with easy access to Six Senses Spa, where sensory wellness lives out in the open, with the sound dome in the desert and outdoor Watsu pool.
Set along the marina and coastline, the three-, four-, and six-bedroom residences connect owners to the wider Six Senses AMAALA resort, from Earth Lab and Alchemy Bar to Grow With Six Senses, water sports, and guided Red Sea experiences.
Designed by U+A Architects with interiors by Studio Carter, the homes take their cue from traditional villages including Diriyah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the timeless rock-carded landscapes of the Nabataean civilization.
Belonging here is easy to join and just as easy to step away from. Weekly wellness and sustainability activities bring homeowners together, while diving, snorkeling, SUP, hiking, sunset cruises, marine biology classes, and Cinema Under the Stars make the wider resort community part of daily life.
The aromas and flavors of the region come alive at the coffee roastery, bakery, water bar, and tea house. Guided by the Eat With Six Senses philosophy of natural ingredients, local and sustainable, and less is more, all-day dining menus will feature Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences.
Life here does not need to be over-planned. A morning can begin on the mangrove boardwalk, move to the Watsu pool, drift into a long lunch, or end around a sunken fire-pit as the coast cools down. Owners have the privacy of home, with a Six Senses community close by whenever the mood changes.
