The design philosophy prioritizes green spaces to preserve the natural landscape and over half of the total area will be left as a pinewood forest. While remaining true to local craft, construction, and materiality, the residences incorporate the Six Senses holistic wellness philosophy, with well-being principles woven into the design and infrastructure – from layout to lighting to air quality – so that residents feel naturally energized and at their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.
