November 10, 2026 - Six Senses Residences Triple Bay, AMAALA brings 25 private Beach and Lagoon Villas to the Red Sea, with our resort on the doorstep and a whole new coastal lifestyle destination opening up beyond.
Designed for family life, the 25 private Beach and Lagoon Villas at Six Senses Residences Triple Bay, AMAALA bring together the privacy of a home and the warmth of Six Senses living. On the doorstep is the wider AMAALA community, a destination becoming known for yachting, marine discovery, golf, pioneering wellness, and a growing collection of leisure amenities on the Red Sea.
When designing the three- to six-bedroom residences, architects U+A took their cue from Saudi Arabia’s traditional coastal villages, incorporating flat roofs and lath canopies to blend with their surroundings. There are central courtyards and spacious decks for gathering everyone together to dine or relax around sunken firepits. These lead to infinity-edge swimming pools and oasis-style gardens.
Interiors by Studio Carter capture the fluidity of wind-shifting dunes, with handwoven textures and hewn sandstone bringing golden desert tones. Bedrooms also carry the Sleep With Six Senses approach into the home, with Naturalmat mattresses and thoughtful details helping create the right conditions for deeper rest.
Each residence is equipped with its own wellness studio. Beyond the front door, a mangrove boardwalk leads to Six Senses AMAALA resort and Six Senses Spa, where you’ll find a Watsu pool, a sound dome, cryotherapy, vitality pools and thermal areas, and a Longevity Center.
Food is just as much a part of everyday life. Guided by Eat With Six Senses, the resort’s three restaurants focus on fresh, natural ingredients, alongside an artisan bakery and coffee roastery. The drinks program follows the same thinking, with non-alcoholic fermented drinks and botanical infusions in the mix.
At the resort’s heart lies a mangrove lagoon, a natural haven unique among AMAALA properties, supporting a thriving marine environment. Through Grow With Six Senses, children can get curious about the world around them, starting with the Junior Mangrove Ecologist program, where they help plant and protect these coastal forests. Snorkeling, diving, and watersports bring the Red Sea into the experience, and at Nafas culinary school, families can also get hands-on with regional flavors, from fermenting pickles and kombucha to making pizza together.
Then there’s AMAALA itself, which is being created as a new coastal community rather than a single resort enclave. The AMAALA Yacht Club and marina bring a strong yachting culture to the Red Sea, while Corallium Marine Life Institute puts coral research within reach of everyday exploration.
The wider destination is also being developed around lower-impact design. Six Senses AMAALA has been awarded LEED Platinum, the highest level of certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, and sits within a destination committed to operating entirely on renewable energy.
Our dedicated Residential Hosts are there to make everyday life flow with ease, from arranging daily activities and family moments to unlocking experiences within the destination.
