The 17 Residences are located in the upper part of the five-star resort hotel and are created in the style of authentic Swiss chalets. They can be sold as a secondary residence. What’s more, this is one of the last construction projects in Switzerland that is able to offer 13 apartments for sale with no restrictions for international owners.

AW² is an international architecture and design agency based in Paris, founded in 1997 by Réda Amalou. Stéphanie Ledoux joined AW² in 2000 and became a partner in 2003 and the two have played an active role in the architectural design of each project ever since. Established in Crans-Montana in 2016, GBO Architecture is a design office specializing in architecture, construction, development and other related real estate activities such as brokerage, purchasing, sales, management, financing and insurance. Whether it is the construction of large-scale buildings, interior design or support for MOs, in order to meet the high standards of excellence demanded by a Swiss and international clientele, GBO Architecture focuses on customer satisfaction with respect to deadlines and costs.
