The 27 residences are set around an enchanting woodland lagoon, ranging between three to five bedrooms, offering spacious living areas between 8,514 square feet (791 square meters) and 15,931 square feet (1,480 square meters). The interiors have been designed to provide a contemporary haven among the forest surroundings, featuring Bulthaup kitchens and Gessi bathroom accessories. Each residence comes with a private pool, rejuvenating onsen and organic gardens where seasonal fruits and vegetables can be grown. There’s also a direct lift leading to the canopy walk for easy access to the abundance of wellness and leisure amenities at The Forestias.
The contemporary interpretation of traditional Thai houses provides a template for healthier and happier urban living in the form of flexible community spaces, focused on health and nature, that can expand and adapt as the needs of multi-generational families grow.
