    • Stresses and strains on your body and mind will show up in your screening. This non-invasive analysis is fast and simple and could be your first step to making long-lasting improvements. The readings, along with a discussion about your lifestyle, are used to design a treatment or bespoke multi-day program specific to your needs.

  • Movement Efficiency Test

    • We take guesswork out of working out with a system that integrates sports science and cutting-edge technology, and helps our personal trainers look at your movement patterns and identify areas of strength and weakness. Afterwards, they design a workout plan that optimizes your training performance and reduces the risk of injury, and ensures that your body is aligned.

  • Sleep Tracking

    • If you want to wake up ready to move mountains, the first step is to learn about your sleep quality. The sleep tracker is a handy bedtime partner as it records how light, noise and temperature affect your sleep.

  • Program personalization

    • Based on the intel from your various screenings, our wellness experts recommend a personal consultation and bespoke program that may combine spa treatments, fitness and mindset activities with advice on foods to favor or avoid during your stay. This is a springboard to boosting your metabolism, sleep quality, energy levels and brain power while you’re with us.
