Saraya's goal as a yoga instructor is to help people to understand yoga benefits, their own body and how to use it to performing various poses. For Saraya, yoga is not just a physical exercise, it is also a way to achieve the perfect harmony of body, mind and soul.
Khun Kittimas specializes in the inyengar yoga style which uses a methodical approach to yoga poses and focuses on correct alignment. She's also trained in hatha and ashtanga.
Thai Holistic Body Work
Khun Pot is a native of Chiang-Mai in Northern Thailand. He is a Massage Therapist with over 30 years experience in Thai Traditional Medicine and has been working closely with the Thai Public Health Department and The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society, Chiang-Mai, as a Thai Holistic Body Work Lecturer.
He is also working as a Massage Therapist at the Chiang-Mai Hospital treating people with muscle and joint problems as well as bone dislocations. He uses advanced traditional Thai massage techniques to alleviate pain and improve the patient’s well-being.
