With Autumn upon us, here are some simple ways to clear the mind using the five elements and give thanks to the beauty that still surrounds us, even though we may have to look a lit-tle harder during these challenging times.
Despite appearances, no one is feeling the blues with this recipe. The antioxidants in blue butterfly pea flower and sterols in aloe vera stimulate collagen production to help the skin retain moisture and plump wrinkles. The yoghurt is great for your gut buddies too!

Mehmet is a respected heart surgeon, researcher and host of the award-winning The Dr. Oz Show, syndicated in 100 countries. He has authored six New York Times best sellers including the popular “You: The Owner’s Manual” series and “Healing from the Heart.” He is also on Esquire magazine’s list of “75 Most Influential People of the 21st Century.”
Claudia is mind-body expert, TEDx speaker and lecturer, specialized in the connection between the brain and the skin. She consults internationally in the health and wellness industries and continues to publish scientific articles. Her doctoral work from the University of Southern California was based on hormonal interactions in the aging brain.
Elena works on the frontline of preventative medicine, consulting with private and public sector companies as well as medical spas, wellness and training centers around the world. With 10,000 coaching sessions under her belt, Elena introduced the wellness screening technology and concept to Six Senses and personally trained all in-house experts.
Patrick works closely with Dr. Gundry on nutritional guidelines that enable Six Senses properties to prepare wonderful culinary experiences. He writes for a Swedish nutritional medical journal and has published “PXP – The best you,” a book dedicated to physical and mental health using the PXP method.
