Breathwork and Hypnosis

Conscious breathing is one of the most effective transformation modalities for the body, mind and spirit.   It supports inner harmonization in so many ways. Some of the initial effects consist of detoxifying the body, oxygenating the cells while activating chi, blood circulation and supporting the immune system.

A breathwork session

You can expect sense of deep relaxation, release of physical tensions and stagnant emotional baggage.

It also helps to clear the mind and unclutter the energetic field, giving space for sharper thought processes and new visions.  Many describe their experiences as deeply spiritual and very insightful.

The session is done comfortably lying down, accompanied by a curated therapeutic sound journey that will enhance and support your experience.
